Simoné Joubert, the founder of Dino Kids is a qualified Educator with an B.Ed degree and she has undergone several international courses, which support her passion for education. She wrote the workbooks / program based on her qualifications, experiences and being a mommy of two Dino’s who wants to make learning a fun, interesting, interactive and a memorable activity
At Dino Kids we strive to create lasting learning foundations for our little Dino’s. In order to ensure that our little Dino’s excel in their school years, it is imperative that their learning foundations are strong, and the educational booklets are created to create these
foundations.
The Dino Kids program is developed to be used in the CAPS curriculum and it can also be used in any international curriculum. The workbooks are used by mommies who Home School their Dino and it is also used by various Schools as part of their educational resources.
Each child is unique and learns differently and the program caters for these differences. We also have a motto at Dino Kids stating that you must allow your DINO to DISCOVER how INTERESTING it is to learn by NURTURING their interests and you will OBSERVE how they love to learn fun facts.
Lasting learning foundations are built on our senses: see, hear, speak, touch, smell, taste. Programs / Workbooks are written where Dino’s learn the various concepts by using these senses to ensure that that their learning foundation remains strong. The same concept is repeated by using a different sense, which does not only make it fun, but the Dino’s grasp concepts, and it is imprinted in their memory.
